The Parent Project
The Parent Project is a six-session program designed to empower parents and strengthen families as they navigate the challenges of raising teens. Parents will have the opportunity to connect, learn practical strategies, and gain tools they can use to support positive choices and stronger relationships at home.
The program is free to the first 20 parents from Crenshaw and STEAMM who register by simply sending an email to the address provided. Participants must commit to all six sessions. A program manual and dinner will be provided, along with access to the food pantry following each session.
Sessions will be held from 4:00–6:00 PM at the Timken Career Campus Media Center on October 8, 15, 22, 29 and November 5 and 12.
